What this study is about
Researchers are testing whether Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (MORE), a behavioral treatment, helps people with opioid use disorder who are also receiving methadone treatment. The trial will look at how well MORE can be implemented and if it improves outcomes compared to standard care or a simple mindfulness practice.
